Why we exist

People want to be heard. Leaders want to lead well. Somewhere between those two things, traditional surveys lost the plot. They turned into 80-question marathons. Sent once a year. Read by three people. Acted on by none.

We knew there was a better way.

So we built Chirpee. One question. Every day. Under a minute to answer. The kind of feedback loop that actually loops.

What we believe

Feedback should feel like a conversation. Not a compliance exercise.

We're a team of HR veterans, software builders, and people who've sat through one too many engagement workshops. We've felt the pain. We've fixed it. Now we're sharing it.
